1.Proposals and the free revision
Your proposal and its first revision are free. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
2.Revision packs
Revision packs (starting at $5 for 5 revisions) are charged when you buy them. If you haven't used any revisions from a pack, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once a revision from the pack has been used, the pack is non-refundable.
3.Commitment fee
The commitment fee (starting at $50) includes your first month of hosting if we host your site, and 50 revisions. If we haven't started work on your committed project, contact us within 14 days for a refund. After work has started or the site has gone live, the commitment fee is non-refundable.
4.Cancelling hosting
Hosting (starting at $20 per month) is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time from your account's billing page or by emailing us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
- Your site keeps running until the date your next renewal would have been. You won't be charged again.
- We don't refund partial months, because the service continues for the period you paid for.
5.Your files and domain
- You can download all of your website files at any time, whether or not you cancel.
- When you cancel, we give you all of your website files.
- We transfer your domain to you, or to the provider you choose. Registrar rules may add a short waiting period.
6.How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We never store your card details.
