Do I pay anything to see my new design?
No. The proposal is free and includes one free revision. You don't need a card or an account to see it.
What counts as a revision?
One round of feedback. Send us a list of changes in one message, we update the design and show you the result. That's one revision, whether it's a single colour or a dozen tweaks.
What do I get for the $50 commitment?
It locks in your project and includes your first month of hosting (if we host your site) plus 50 revisions. You create your account and pay through Stripe.
Do I have to host with you?
No. We host for $20 a month, which keeps things simple and lets you edit content from your dashboard. You can also take the files and host the site yourself.
Can I get my website files?
Yes, at any time. Your files are yours. Download them from your dashboard whenever you like, even while we're hosting for you.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, so your site keeps running until then. You keep all of your files and we transfer your domain to you.
How do payments work?
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You can view invoices and update your payment method from your account.
Can I update my menu, hours or prices myself?
Yes. Things that change often, like menus, opening hours, prices and specials, are editable from your dashboard. You can also connect Claude and make changes by asking.
Why might my price differ from the website?
Prices on this site are starting prices. Larger sites, online stores or custom features take more work. Your proposal always shows your exact price before you pay anything.
